We collect information, such as name, e-mail, website, address including city, state or country (where applicable) from you when you visit our website, contact us by phone, provide us with any credit card information, or P.O. numbers.  We maintain a record of: your product interests, 608 or 609 professional certification numbers and any information regarding your purchase or interest in specific products. 

For each visitor to the site, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitors domain name (or that of visitor’s access provider) and e-mail address(s).  Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is SSR/CCI’s policy to maintain all personal and professional information as confidential, and to use such personal or professional information including but limited to the following purposes:

• for specific purpose for which it was volunteered (for example, to purchase product, inquire, ask a technical question or comment on our products or site etc.)
• to improve the content, appearance and utility of this site

SSR/CCI does not sell, rent or trade with third parties any personal or professional information you provide to us online unless it has to do with purchasing our products from an approved distributor, rep or air conditioning professional, for the express purpose of assisting us in fulfilling your request to order products, transactions, customer request inquiries, updating your customer information, or fulfilling any request by e-mail.  SSR/CCI reserves the right to use/or disclose information regarding demographics and use of the site in a manner that does not reveal your identity.  Information is for the sole purpose of SSR/CCI’s internal marketing reports only.
